Shipping Information
Our company operates Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (excluding holidays). Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days using USPS or UPS. Please refer to their transit times to estimate delivery.
Items returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will incur a re-delivery shipping fee.
Please note: Sweet Chismes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. For claims, please contact your local carrier.
